My Ram Pick up broken down as I was driving across 33 through Wapokoneta. My only choice was to have it towed and St. Mary’s Chrysler was the closest Ram dealership to my location. Amy and her staff were fantastic.They got me into a nice clean rental car in no time and on my way for my weekend visit with my daughter and grandkids. I held off on this review long enough to know exactly who I bought from and what I bought. I run a business myself, so I understand how stretched truths can turn into straight-up lies in some reviews. Here’s my honest take. I spent months searching for the perfect car for my wife — checking specs, service records, everything. I finally found this 2020 Chevrolet Blazer RS late one night on St. Mary’s website, well after closing. I submitted the contact form and AJ Pope texted me back within minutes with all the details I asked for. We spoke the next day and I never once felt “sold to.” He was patient, straightforward, and answered every question. Since I’m in Georgia, I bought the car site-unseen. Our communication gave me full confidence in what I was getting. Shipping had some hiccups and took longer than expected due to carrier delays, but AJ never dropped the ball. He answered every text and call — even after the sale. He even stayed late one night to personally oversee loading and sent me photos of the car going on the truck. The Blazer arrived almost perfect. The only issue was a faint coolant smell. I had my local Chevy dealer (John Megel) do a full inspection. They found a small radiator leak. Everything else was exactly as described — a top-notch vehicle. I get it — cars are machines and things happen. I called AJ right away, and he immediately had my back. The next day the extended warranty (which had initially denied the claim) approved the full radiator replacement. After the repair, the car is chef’s kiss perfect. Bottom line: We had a couple of minor bumps, but I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Fair price, beautiful Midnight Blue Blazer, and great people who actually stood behind what they sold. I would absolutely recommend St. Mary’s Chrysler and AJ Pope to anyone. Thank you AJ, Rob, and the whole team for making this happen!
