Great experience when dealing with St. Marys Chrysler. Started our journey with Quentin looking at the Jeep Wagoneers, he was professional and knowledgeable. When we went back to purchase the vehicle Quentin was on vacation but he still texted me making sure we were taken care of. AJ was who we delt with when buying the Wagoneer and he was great! Bring out toys for our kids to play with, cleaning up the popcorn that was spilled and explaining all the paperwork.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with St. Mary’s Dodge. From the very beginning of the purchasing process, the entire staff was friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. I especially want to recognize Quentin. He was phenomenal to work with. From our very first conversation over the phone, he was professional, receptive, and genuinely interested in understanding what I was looking for. He was not pushy or trying to pressure me into deciding. Instead, he listened, took in all the information I gave him, and made sure he understood exactly what I wanted. I drove an hour and a half to St. Mary’s Dodge, and a big part of that decision was the experience I had with Quentin over the phone. He was so straightforward, understanding, and professional, and he stayed true to his word. When I arrived, the vehicle was sitting right up front and ready for me to look at. That may seem like a small thing, but it speaks volumes about the kind of customer service I experienced. Throughout the entire process, I felt like Quentin and the staff were genuinely looking out for my best interests rather than simply trying to sell me a vehicle. That made the entire experience comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. I ended up purchasing my Expedition, and I could not be happier with the experience. From the initial phone call to driving off the lot, everything was top-notch. If you are looking for a dealership where you are treated with respect, listened to, and not pressured, I would highly recommend St. Mary’s Dodge. And if you have the opportunity to work with Quentin, I highly recommend him as well. He is a great representative of what a dealership experience should be. I will absolutely make the drive back to St. Mary’s Dodge in the future, and there is an incredibly good chance I will be making that drive for service as well. We had been to several area dealerships looking for a used truck and were treated with such disrespect we had our guard up when we walked in. To our surprise we were treated with a big smile and a how can I help you. Our salesman, AJ Pope, was an absolute delight to work with beginning to end. He treated us as if he'd known us forever, very personable, no pressure sales tactics. He was honest & just wanted us to be happy with a new to us truck. He arranged for our new truck to be delivered & the old truck picked up from our home on my husband's birthday no less! Watched a man walk in on a Saturday 2 minutes ‘til closing time wanting a test drive. They were happy to accommodate, you’d never known they had plans that were getting pushed back. This place is top notch folks, from the management on down, these people care about their customers and their reputation, and it shows. Next wheels we purchase will be from here. A+++
